Trauma Informed Spellcraft: a Workshop for All.

Led By: Liza Fenster - The Crow Mother

unnamed copy_edited.png

In 2026, it is estimated that 70% of our global population has suffered one form of trauma or another. From there, we can gather that a staggering 1 out of 10 of these people will go on to live with PTSD or CPTSD.  Now, we gaze lovingly at the current estimate of our population that practices Witchcraft. Some 30% of the world has at least dabbled, and we can be assured that countless others are Craft Curious. So what then, of our communities that fall in that combined statistic of traumatized but wanting to explore the depths of their relationship to occult practices?

This one-hour workshop is created with the focused intent to support those who feel challenged by their lived experience when it comes to their witchcraft practice. We open our time together with an invocation and a breathing technique aimed at easing us into our learning and discussion. We’ll then move into a brief visual offering. From a lens of safety and being trauma-informed, we’ll look at the many ways that people can be visited by layers of trauma and the innumerable ways that they might be changed as a result. Then, in a most empowering way, we talk about how you might be able to develop a robust practice given the cards you were dealt. Attendees are then led into a brief guided meditation and sound healing before moving into the primary tool offered during our time together. After the demonstration and discussion, we will work together to practice the technique offered. Finally, those in attendance will be taken through an exercise designed to assist with the prolonged integration of the tools offered and topics discussed. We’ll end our time together with space for questions and dialogue,  as well as a moment in closing for us all.

Again, this workshop is crafted for anyone wanting to reach further into their ability and looking for assistance. It should be noted, however, that teachers, stewards, and leaders benefit greatly from these discussions. All are welcome and encouraged to attend regardless of experience level.

Beyond Self-Love: Self-Devotion as Modern Priestess Magic

Led By: Sapha Pardo Heckman

DSC_7633.JPG

A ritual immersion in sovereignty, sensuality, and sacred embodiment

In a world that teaches women to improve, perfect, and endlessly fix themselves, “self-love” has become another task on the list. But the priestess does not strive for worthiness — she consecrates herself.

This immersive 1-hour experience invites you beyond surface-level affirmation and into the deeper current of self-devotion as spellwork.

Through archetypal teaching, embodied ritual, and guided initiation, we will explore the body as altar, attention as invocation, and sensual presence as a form of magic. You’ll discover how self-rejection dulls your power — and how devotional intimacy with yourself awakens sovereignty, magnetism, and energetic authority.

Together, we will:

  • Reclaim the witch as a self-initiated, sovereign woman

  • Transform daily self-care into a conscious ritual

  • Practice embodiment techniques that cultivate aliveness and presence

  • Experience a guided priestess initiation into self-devotion

This is not about vanity or performance. It is about reverence. It is about remembering that your body is sacred ground and your devotion is a living spell.

You will leave with practical devotional practices you can integrate immediately — and a renewed relationship with yourself as the source of your own magic.

Sapha Pardo Heckman is an Embodied Sovereignty Mentor and Priestess of Feminine Alchemy.

Her journey began with a profound awakening on a yoga mat; a moment that catalyzed her descent into shadow work, somatic healing, and the reclamation of her full feminine power after years of self-betrayal, toxic dynamics, and disconnection from her true self.

Raised in a religious household where she learned that women were to blame for humanity's downfall and that her worth came from silence and self-denial, Sapha spent decades deprogramming patriarchal wounding and remembering the Divine Feminine power she'd been taught to fear.

In this powerful workshop, ancestral healer Mandy Valadez will guide participants into the foundations of ancestral witchcraft: the practice of honoring, healing, and working with the wisdom and magic of our lineage.

Together we will explore how inherited survival patterns and energetic cords from past generations can continue to shape our lives today. Through guided ritual, ancestral invocation, and energetic awareness, participants will begin the sacred process of releasing what no longer belongs to them while calling back the strength, wisdom, and abundance that lives within their ancestry.

This workshop is an invitation to step into the role of the healer within your lineage — restoring balance in the bloodline and awakening the ancestral gifts that have always lived within you.

Participants will experience:

  • Insight into ancestral survival patterns and lineage wounds that may be disconnecting you from your gifts that you are meant to share with the world.

  • Practices for honoring and connecting with ancestors from your lineage that carried wisdom and magic.

  • Energetic awareness around ancestral cords and how they impact us still today.

  • A guided ancestral invocation to begin restoring harmony within the bloodline so you can share your light in a more impactful way!

Whether you are new to ancestral work or already walking a spiritual path, this session offers grounded and sacred tools for deepening your relationship with your ancestors and the medicine they carry.
